Grape varieties: Aragonez, Trincadeira and Alicante Bouschet

Harvest: Between August and October

Production: 4,000 bottles 150 CL and 570,000 bottles 75 CL

Winemaking: The harvest was manual for 20 kg boxes followed by a selection of bunches and berries in the winery. The grapes were destemmed and slightly crushed, fermenting in a stainless steel tank at a controlled temperature of around 25ºC.

Alcohol Content: 13,5% vol.
Total Acidity: 5.1 g/dm3
pH: 3.62
